Guest check-in

We welcome your guests. We get in touch once the reservation is confirmed, hand over the keys, and collect rent and security deposits if needed. We show guests around the property and explain the house rules. Rates are based on your needs, location and check-in time.

Key pickup at the end of the stay. On check-out day we go to the property at the agreed time, inspect it and return the security deposit. Rates are based on your needs, location and check-out time.

Turnover cleaning and laundry

Trained, experienced cleaners prepare your property to welcome each new guest. Complete professional cleaning: floors, windows, bathrooms and more. Washing and ironing of bed linens; towel laundry.

Emergency repairs and maintenance

We cover your needs, such as: plumbing, electrical and painting services: any repair your rental may need. Pricing depends on the job.

24/7 guest support

We cover your needs, such as: 24/7 call center service, 365 days a year, with trained English- and Spanish-speaking staff.
